LEAGUE CHAMPION: Chris Thoms
-
Chris completed his sweep of the entire league by winning the Chairman's Flight

Red Tee Open: Chris Thoms and Spencer Pflughaupt
-
Chris and Spencer had an excellent strategy going into the event, assigning specific holes for each golfer to win. More impressive than the strategy was the execution. They only wasted 4 beers, in which Thoms wasted none. Thoms used all of his handicap strokes and beers perfectly, 100% utilization. Spencer’s 4 wasted beers were 1 where Thoms told him not to finish yet but he did it anyway (went off script), and 3 that he had on the 8th (but both he and Thoms had 3 so they could guarantee finishing strong). Almost perfect.

Par 3 Challenge: Chris Thoms and Spencer Pflughaupt
-
Chris and Spencer again had an excellent strategy and it was executed to perfection.

LEAGUE CHAMPION: Justin Gephart over Mike Sierakowski, 10 holes
-
After Mike was able to claw his way back and square the match against Justin at his home club, bad fortune ultimately cost Mike the title as an errant tee shot was lost in the dying light and deep rough. Gephart’s regulation par was enough to secure his first league title and his first trip to Holiday’s for beer afterward.

PA Flight Champion: Chris Thoms over Kyle Tetschlag.
- Chris came roaring back on 9 to force a playoff and defeat Kyle on the 1st playoff hole.
Engines Flight Champion: Greg Jastrow over Andy Rindt.
- Andy graciously conceded his match in the 9th fairway in order to preserve light for the championship match. He totally would have forced a playoff and won if he had finished the hole instead.
Canac Cup “Champion”: Brett Wegner under Dan Erpelding.
- Not enough people will remember this, but we should. Brett took last place.

Red Tee Open: Dan Erpelding and Mike Sierakowski
-
Dan and Mike triumphed in the annual season-opener in a dramatic one-beer playoff and ended the dominance of the Nick Rindt/Kyle Tetschlag team. It has not been confirmed, but it is speculated that they both skipped the Par 3 challenge in protest.
Par 3 Challenge: Brent Schaub and Andy Rindt
-
Brent and Andy overcame 3 bogeys in the opening four holes and were able to finish at even par for a 1 shot win over Chris Thoms and Ross Marsden.
